the past weekend.

i eaither update this too much, or not enough. i can never find a happy medium. anyways, this past weekend we went to a dog show that our club puts on in lynden. also my 4-H cleans up for them. so i sort of have a double duty, as a member of MBKC and tails-up! on friday night my mom had convenced us to go spend the night up there so we did, in our lovely little tent, and it really wasn't as bad as i thought it was, i wasn't really uncomfortable, and i didn't hate it. but oh course it would of been nice to come home every night to sleep in my own bed, and then take a shower in the morning and feel fresh...etc...etc. but that wasn't possible, so we made due. also while i was staying up there i met two new friends which was cool, and since i was staying the night there we got to hang out, we went to the river, and to an abondoned warehouse, and our secret hideout which was an announcer stand in a grandstand. anyways, it was SO much fun. i also love times like MBKC show and fair time cause i get even closer to the girls in my 4-h club. :] almost wish i could spend every weekend with them, but we all need our sleep! LOL. this week during school i am just trying to get my grades up, it is sooo difficult right now. :/ ohh well, ill do it. about the poerty festival? my favorite people there were Terrance Hayes, Sherman Alexie, Matt or Micheal Dickman (I don't remember which one I liked, cause they both look so much a like and they are brothers but i only got to listen to one of them, so yeah!), Tony Curtis, and M.L. Smoker, but of course, the whole experience was great! I loved every minute of it. :]
